These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rekol, an AI-powered sales call evaluation tool operated by Itua ("we", "us", "our") at getrekol.com. By using Rekol you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Rekol allows you to paste call transcripts and receive AI-generated evaluations against sales frameworks including MEDDIC, BANT, SPIN, and custom frameworks. The service is provided on a free and paid basis as described below.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
You may use Rekol without an account for up to 10 free evaluations. To save your history, create custom frameworks, and access paid features, you must sign in using Google, Microsoft, or a work email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately at hello@getrekol.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to use Rekol only for lawful purposes. You must not:

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any transcript content you upload to Rekol. This includes obtaining consent from any individuals mentioned or recorded in the transcript where required by applicable law.
We process transcript content solely to provide you with the evaluation service. We do not claim ownership of your transcript content. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.
Evaluations generated by Rekol are produced by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional sales, legal, or business advice. You should apply your own judgement when acting on any evaluation output.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated evaluation. AI outputs may occasionally be incorrect or misleading.
Rekol offers a free tier with a limit of 10 evaluations. Paid subscriptions ("Rekol Pro") are available at £6.99 per month and provide unlimited evaluations and additional features.
The Rekol name, logo, and product design are owned by Itua. You may not use them without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you input into Rekol. The AI-generated evaluation output is provided to you for your own use. You may not resell or redistribute evaluation outputs commercially without our permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Rekol and Itua are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Rekol shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice on the site. Your continued use of Rekol after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
